GLwoing images are pictures that have that shiny glowy look to them. Here is a way to do that.
We are going to use this simple picture. 
1. First, go to Image >>>Adjustments >>> Variations. Pick, Lighter, More Cyan, and then More red. 2. Now go to Layer >>> Duplicate Layer.
3. THen go to Filter >>> Blur >>> Gaussian Blur. Radius 0.1 Put that layer in Overlay. And flatten the image by going to Layer >>> Flatten Image. It should look like this
4. Now Right-click on the blur tool and choose the Sharpen tool.
5. Now right-click on the Sharpen tool and pick the blur tool. 6. Now you can go back and use the Sharpen button and go over her eyes to make them really distinct and the hair to make it shiny. You can also use it on jewelry to make them shinier. |
. Put Strenth 15%. Use a diamter of 100. Go over her face and body and sharpen the image a bit. DO NOT do it too much. It should look like this
Use a diamter of 9 and Strenth og 30. Go over her face and body and you should see the image blur a bit. DO not go over the eyes, nose, mouth or any parts of the body that need to be distinct. Just maybe the face and forhead.
