The Elven Award:
This will go to a site that has been running longer than one year.  I want this site to be even more superior than those under the Hobbit Award nominees.

The Hobbit Award:
This award will go a new site, which must be younger than one year.  This site has to have made large leaps and bounds in their layout and content.

The Fellowship Award:
Most Interactive Site! There should be message boards, games, downloads, contests. Make your visitors a part of your site!

The Valar Award:
Best Layout. No free template sites here, must have made it yourself, and must be easy to navigate and absolutely beautiful~!

The Ring of Power Award:
Best all around Site.  You should everything, great graphics, good info, easy to navigate layout, ways to get feedback, games, etc.

The Eye of Sauron Award:
Most Dedicated Webmaster.  You must be updating a lot~! Unless you have some aformentioned reason not to. You must also be kind and courteous to your visitors, people judging your site, or people reviewing your site.

The Mithrandir Award:
Best Site Name.  Sadly, Middle-earths and Arwen Undomiels won't be winning this~! I want originality~!

The Evenstar Award:
Best Award Site.  I want quality categories, prompt judging, courteous judges, and beautiful awards!
